This provides accurate values of Dewpoint and Relative Humidity (RH) from the wet and dry bulb temperatures measured by a Whirling or Sling Hygrometer.

Operation

Dew Point is ascertained by setting the dry bulb temperature to the wet bulb temperature on the outer scale. Relative Humidity is then obtained by setting the dry bulb temperature to the Dew Point temperature. It is a useful, easy to use rule for determining Relative Humidity and the temperature
